A private assistant for family life

Your family’s logistics, quietly handled.

Ailu reads the school newsletters, nursery emails and party invites, keeps the calendar straight, and drafts what needs doing. Nothing goes out until a parent says yes.

A family of four red pandas under a tree: one pours tea, one reads the newspaper, one stacks wooden blocks and one reads a picture book.
A Tuesday morning

One email in. One tidy plan out.

The school sends a wall of text. Ailu pulls out the dates, the money and the jobs, then asks you before it touches anything.

How it works

Four steps, and you hold the last one.

  1. Reads

Ailu connects to your Gmail and Google Calendar and looks for the messages that create work: school, nursery, clubs, the dentist, birthday parties.

  2. Pulls out the facts

A small model turns each email into a plain record of dates, amounts and jobs. It has no tools, so a cleverly worded email can’t make it do anything.

  3. Plans

Ailu checks the records against your week and what it remembers about your family, then drafts calendar changes, reminders and replies.

  4. Asks you

Every proposal waits in the app. Approve it, edit it or bin it. Nothing is sent or booked without a parent’s yes.

Privacy

We built Ailu so we can’t read your family’s life.

Your family key is made on your phone and protected by a passkey. Ailu runs inside sealed hardware enclaves that prove which code they are running before your phone hands over the key. Everything Ailu stores is encrypted with that key.

The app shows you the exact release that’s running, and every release is published so anyone can check it.

Lose the key and the data goes with it. That’s the point.
